Part of being in community is serving in community! Our Impact Teams are just one of the ways you can get to know new people, serve the church, and make a difference. To sign up, fill out the contact section below and we will give your information to team leaders!
Greeters
Our greeters are how we welcome new people on Sunday morning! This is a great place to start serving if you've never served before!
Ushers
Ushers make sure people have bulletins, oversee the offering plates as they are passed, and help direct communion on communion Sundays.
Communion
Communion servers assist the pastors in serving "The Lord's Supper" on communion Sundays. Don't worry, you will be given instructions!
Music Ministry
Our choir brings beautiful music and guides our congregational hymns each and every week. Share your musical gifting here or during special musical events during Advent & Lent seasons.
Nursery Ministry
To work any ministry involving minors, you must be able to pass a background check and undergo our Safe Sanctuary Training. If interested in serving our most precious at Blackwater, we will connect you to our ministry leader for the next steps! It may be more of a process but it is definitely worth it to serve God's children!
Kid's Ministry

Media & Sound
This is the perfect place to serve if you like to work behind the scenes! Help worship run smoothly by working the slides on our screens and controlling our sound. It is much easier than it sounds and training will be a breeze!
